I’m very sure the #TeamFitFam people would love this oatmeal swallow recipe. It’s relatively new in the Nigerian dish recipe but it’s catching on fast. It’s basically like fufu or any other swallow but just healthier.
1 Cup of Oats
1.5 Cups of Water
1. Pour the oats into a blender or dry mill and blend until smooth2. Place a saucepan on a hob over medium heat, then add the water and bring to a rolling boil. Add the blended oats. Stir and mix like you would any other swallow
3. Continue mixing until you get a thick consistency
Oatmeal Fufu is best enjoyed with soups like Ogbono and Okra.
